Wall outlet must be fitted with ground terminal (safety socket). Nominal voltage and frequency are indicated on the relevant label or rating plate of the appliance. · Mains power connection and grounding must be made in accordance to standard regulations and requirements. After unscrewing of before fixing hinges, hold the door to prevent it from falling and damaging. Remove upper hinge cover (keep it for eventual later use), together with cover on the opposite side of the upper hinge cover (on the opposite side you will insert the attached cover during the assembly), and remove the cover on the opposite side of the upper part of the door. Unscrew upper hinge screws and remove the door from the bottom hinge. On the bottom side of the door unscrew the swing stopper screws and remove the stopper (A). Fix the attached stopper with its bearing on the opposite side of the door. Unscrew the forced door closure system (B) and fix it to the opposite side of the door (certain models only). This is to prevent unnecessary alarm reactions. Control unit I: In addition to the red LED, intermittent audible alarm is also triggered. - Turn off the audible alarm by pressing the C button. - The audible alarm is triggered every 24 hours, if the temperature in the freezer does not drop sufficiently to prevent the danger of damage to the food. 142541 12 Control panel - appliance with mechanical regulation CONTROL UNIT III A Temperature setting knob, on/off, and SF D Red LED ­ high temperature signal ON/OFF button To activate: rotate the temperature setting knob in the clockwise direction towards the Max position. Selecting the temperature: · Recommended setting of the temperature setting knob (A) is in the middle, between Min and Max. · A change in the environment temperature will also affect the temperature in the appliance. Thus, the temperature setting should be adjusted accordingly. Positions towards the Max marking stand for lower temperature in the appliance (cooler temperatures), while the positions closer to the Min marking stand for higher temperature (warmer). 13 142541 The red LED is switched on: If the temperature in the refrigerator rises above a certain level, this LED lights up; the LED goes off automatically when the temperature in the refrigerator drops sufficiently to prevent the danger of damage to the food (see "Troubleshooting"). Freezing and storage of frozen food Freezing process · 24 hours before freezing fresh food, activate the Super Freeze function: - control unit I: press the E button; - control units II and III: rotate the A knob to the SF position (Super Freeze).
