COOKING WITH THE OVEN ECO: Using the grill and the bottom heating element plus the fan is particularly suitable for cooking small quantities of food, as it provides low energy consumption. In general, it is not possible to shorten the cooking times by increasing the temperature (the food could be wellcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside). During the cooking of desserts and vegetables, dripping from the bottom of the door could occur. This is a natural physical phenomenon which mainly occurs when the food is placed in the oven before preheating.
