To access food, always leave the door open as short a time as possible to prevent the temperature in the oven from falling and ruining the food. 4. 2 Cooling system The oven is equipped with a cooling system which automatically comes on upon the oven being turned on. Air circulation in the oven ensures a uniform distribution of heat.
