USE OF THE OVEN 4. 1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature (250°C) long enough to burn any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food unpleasant odours. AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES The oven features 4 runners for positioning racks and trays at different heights. Some models are not provided with all accessories.
