Gas burner + fan + rotisserie The rotisserie rotates food while the fan distributes heat quickly.
Grill The heat coming from the grill element gives perfect grilling results, especially for thin and medium thickness meat, and in combination with the rotisserie (when present), it gives the food an even browning at the end of the cooking. This function allows you to grill large quantities of food, particularly meat, evenly. Fan-assisted grill The air produced by the fan softens the strong heatwave generated by the grill element, grilling perfectly even very thick foods. Grill + Rotisserie The rotisserie works in combination with the grill element, allowing food to be perfectly browned.

3. 6 Cooking tips
General tips • Use a fan function to achieve uniform cooking at several levels. • Increasing the temperature does not shorten cooking or baking times (the food could be well cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside). Tips for cooking meats • Cooking times vary depending on the thickness and quality of the meat, and on consumer tastes. [. . . ] Light the oven burner and keep it at maximum for 10-15 minutes with the door closed and without the shelf installed. Slide off the knob and insert a straight edge screwdriver to make the adjustment. If using liquid gas the adjustment screw must be tightened clockwise to the very end.
The tightening torque of the nozzle must be 4 Nm. Take care not to damage the thermocouple or the igniter when doing this. [. . . ]
