[. . . ] 6. 2. 5 Stopping the buzzer To switch off the buzzer, turn knob A clockwise until pointer B is aligned with . 42 Instructions for the User 6. 3 Analogue programmer Allows selection of manual cooking or the minute minder function, or setting of the cooking start and end times. 6. 3. 1 Setting the time To set the correct time, press or pull the knob A (depending on the model) and turn it anticlockwise. 6. 3. 2 Semiautomatic cooking This function only switches the oven off automatically at the end of the cooking time (maximum programmable time 3 hours and 30 minutes). 1 Turning the outer knob B clockwise will start to move the inner disc; the red hand C must be on the end of cooking time required. 2 Turning the outer knob B anticlockwise will regulate the size of the red zone D which must correspond to the current time on the clock (cooking start). At the end of the set time, the oven will switch off automatically, an 0 will appear in the window E while a buzzer will also sound: to stop it, turn the outer knob B clockwise until the symbol appears in window E. 43 Instructions for the User 6. 3. 3 Automatic cooking This setting allows the oven to be switched on and off in fully automatic mode (maximum programmable time 3 hours and 30 minutes). 3 Turning the outer knob B clockwise will start to move the inner disc; the red hand C must be on the end of cooking time required. 4 Turning the outer knob B anticlockwise will regulate the size of the red zone D corresponding to the cooking duration; the point where the knob B is released corresponds to the cooking start time. At the end of the set time, the oven will switch off automatically, an 0 will appear in the window E while a buzzer will also sound: to stop it, turn the outer knob B clockwise until the symbol appears in window E. 6. 3. 4 MInute minder The minute minder can be used on its own or together with the programmer. To set it, turn the inner knob A clockwise until the hand is in line with the time required (up to 55 minutes). After the set time, the buzzer starts to sound: to stop it, turn the inner knob A anticlockwise until the hand is on the symbol. The buzzer does not stop operation of the oven. 6. 3. 5 Manual cooking To use the oven in manual mode without time limits, bring the into window E by turning the outer knob B. symbol 44 Instructions for the User 7. ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE The oven is fitted with 4 runners for placing trays and shelves at different heights. Shelf: useful to support pans containing the food for cooking. Tray grid: for placing on top of a tray for cooking foods which may drip. Oven tray: useful for collecting fat from foods placed on the grid above. Pastry tray: useful for cooking cakes, pizza and confectionery. Roof liner: remove it to simplify cleaning inside the oven. Rotisserie shelf (models with static oven only): for fitting onto the oven runners before the rotisserie rod is used. Rotisserie rod (models with static oven only): useful for cooking chicken, sausages and all foods which require uniform cooking over their entire surface. Chromium-plated gripper: useful for removing hot shelves and trays. Not all accessories are provided on some models. INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE 12. 1 Electrical connection The nameplate with the technical data, serial number and mark is in a visible position on the oven door frame.
