After using the appliance for more than four minutes without stopping, let it cool to room temperature to prevent it from overheating. Four minutes is the maximum time for which the appliance can operate without stopping. Never insert wooden, plastic, glass, metal or similar objects in the mouth, only the plunger. Never use your fingers to press in the fruit or vegetables. do not use the liquidizer if the filter is damaged. Do not use the appliance if you observe any cracks or damage to any part of it. 4 Place a container at the juice outlet (4) and turn the switch (2) to the desired position: 5 Insert the fruit and vegetables you want to liquidize into the inlet mouth (8) and press them down with the plunger (10). insert the fruit and vegetable when the motor is on. Do not use your fingers to press the food, always use the plunger. 6 Once you have obtained the juice, turn the switch (2) to the OFF position 0 and unplug. To get maximum benefit from natural juices, they are best consumed immediately after being liquidized so that none of their flavour or vitamins is lost. However, if you want to keep the juice for a few hours, one or two lemons can be added when feeding the fruit into the liquidizer. Wash all the fruit and vegetables that you are going to use. If you consider it necessary, you can cut them into pieces for easier insertion in the inlet mouth.
