When you receive the text message, you simply } Yes to install your new settings. 4 March 2005 Getting started Email messaging Set up email manually Please make sure that you have the following: · Internet (data account) and email account information (a simple way of setting up an Internet account is to ask your service provider to send you a message that contains the required information to create an account automatically on your mobile phone) · Incoming server address (POP3 or IMAP4 server) ­ which identifies the computer where your incoming email messages are stored · Outgoing server address (SMTP server) ­ which identifies the computer through which your outgoing email messages are sent · Email address · Email User name · Email Password Data account and email account A data account is needed to connect to a server and an email account to use email messaging. You can have several data accounts saved in your phone, with different settings for different purposes (for example, one for browsing the Internet and one for email).
