If the floppy disk drive is not removed properly, your system may crash and you may lose data that you did not save before. If your computer is off, you can directly unplug the USB cable from the computer. To carry your floppy disk drive when you have finished using it, fold the floppy disk cable into the compartment on the side of the floppy disk drive.
