Pasting Results as Word Tables You can paste pivot tables into Word as native Word tables. All table attributes, such as font sizes and colors, are retained. Because the table is pasted in the Word table format, you can edit it in Word just like any other table. Pasting Results as Text Pivot tables can be copied to other applications as plain text.
