[. . . ] Adjust sheath on cable so there is a 1/8" inch of control wire that is visible between the sheath and the edge of the rate gate linkage. Tighten the cable clamp bolt to secure the sheath. Tighten the screw on the cable fastener to anchor the wire, making sure that the rate gate linkage is pushed up against the dial.
