You can get better overview if press OK first. Now you can select desired setting by pq buttons and confirm it with OK. 2. Press EXIT button to exit. 5. 3. 1 OSD Language 5. 3. 2 TV System This menu allows you to set OSD Language. This menu allows to setup different settings concerning your TV set. Display Mode: PAL/NTSC/AUTO Aspect Ratio:  this menu to configure the screen aspect between: 4:3 PS (Pan&Scan), 4:3 LB (Letter Box) and 16:9 (Wide Use Screen)and AUTO. Video Output:  Switch the video output mode either to RGB or to CVBS RF System:  Use this option to set the mode for the modulator output to PAL-BG, PAL-I, PAL-DK, or NTSC. RF Channel:  Use this option to select the RF channel for the modulator. Please choose a channel which is not already being used by a local broadcaster or by other equipment in your home to prevent interference. Loop through:  Use this option to set the preferred loop-through mode: Running mode:  loop-through will be switched off when the receiver is in standby mode. [. . . ] 1.  Stepping through the channel list To move through the channel list, press the pq buttons on the remote control. 2.
