You can re-heat your coffee by putting the jug into the microwave oven. Your jug is equipped with an anti-impact surround (according to the model). However, this protection does not make the jug unbreakable. If the jug is broken this is not covered by the warranty. La « coffee box » Cleanliness and hygiene are ensured thanks to the new filter holder called the coffee-box. You can remove this coffee-box from the coffee-maker easily before and after preparation of the coffee for more convenient filling and cleaning.
