During a relayed fax transmission, your fax machine initiates the transmission by sending a document to a second fax machine, which then broadcasts the message to a number of other fax machines. " 5/Polling key When a document is loaded on the document tray, use this key to set your fax machine to wait for another fax machine to call and request the document to be sent (polling transmission).
