The timer does not switch off the fryer. 7 Cooking While cooking · During cooking, it is normal for the temperature light to go on and off. Warning : do not place your hand above the filter. Do not remove the lid during cooking. click! For a second frying · Correct the level of oil if necessary, with the same type of oil. · Wait until the temperature light goes out before lowering the second batch of food. Never move the fryer with hot oil or fat inside. 8 Cooking Cooking times The cooking times and the quantities of oil are only a guide, they may vary depending on quantities, size of pieces and personal taste.
