Do not bake on the oven floor. 33 ROAST AUTO ROAST When roasting (all Roast functions), insert the grease filter in front of the fan opening. 325 °F (160 °C) This premium convection function heats the oven to a high temperature to sear the meat, retaining moisture and tenderness. "Searing" appears in the display. Once the meat is seared, the function returns to the selected temperature and "Searing" is no longer shown. Use this function for: ­ poultry (whole birds), ­ roasts, e. g. prime rib, pork loin, beef tenderloin, leg of lamb, etc. The recommended position is the 1st runner from the bottom. The oven should not be preheated when using "AUTO ROAST". 34 ROAST CONVECTION ROAST Default temperature . ^ Insert the probe into the middle of the meat. Make sure that the probe does not touch any bones and is not located in a fatty portion of the meat.
