Simply press Start button and Rice cooking will start automatically. Avoid using "Easy Cook" type rice which tends to make stickier rice. *** American Long Grain White Rice and Wild Rice mixture. **** For glutinous types of rice, such as Thai White Glutinous rice, use less rice and fill with water up to the specific mark on the inside of the bowl. ***** For Rice soup/Congee use less rice and fill with water as detailed in the table above. Traditionally it is made with Chinese short grain rice or instead use Thai or white long grain rice. Stock may be substituted for water if desired.
