Ventilation To ensure adequate ventilation is provided, the back panel of the cabinet must be removed. It is advisable to install the oven so that it rests on two strips of wood, or on a completely flat surface with an opening of at least 45 x 560 mm (see diagrams). [. . . ] This may be set while the oven is switched off or while it is switched on. Turn the ADJUSTMENT knob until the appears on the display and press it to confirm. Turn the ADJUSTMENT knob to set the duration (between 0 and 23 hours and 59 minutes). The buzzer emits a series of sounds when the set time period ends. Press the ADJUSTMENT knob to silence the buzzer. All cooking modes have a default cooking temperature which may be adjusted manually between 40°C and 250°C as desired. DEFROST mode Using this function saves 50% of the normal defrosting time. PROVING mode The circular heating element will come on and the fan will operate during the preheating stage only. The oven temperature is ideal for activating the rising process. Always cook in this mode with the oven door closed. MULTILEVEL mode All heating elements and the fan are activated. When the word “END” is displayed, accompanied by a sequence of sounds from the buzzer, the programmed period of cooking time has ended and cooking has stopped. Press the ADJUSTMENT knob to silence the buzzer. Turn the SELECTOR knob to the “0” position. And a time of 1 hour and 15 minutes is programmed. For safety reasons, a default cooking time of 2 hours is set for each cooking mode programmed. If this time is not adjusted, the oven will switch off automatically once this period has ended. A cooking duration must be selected before delayed programming can take place. Follow steps 1 to 4 to set the duration as detailed above. Turn the ADJUSTMENT knob until the icon appears on the display. Press it to access the function and turn it to set the desired end cooking time. Press the ADJUSTMENT knob to confirm the programme. [. . . ] Unlock the door by pressing on the clamps F, then pull the door towards you, lifting it out of its slot (see diagram). To replace the door, reverse this sequence.
