Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Please keep these operating instructions for future reference. Pass them on to possible new owners of the appliance. Ventilation To ensure good ventilation, the back panel of the cabinet must be removed. It is advisable to install the oven so that it rests on two strips of wood, or on a completely flat surface with an opening of at least 45 x 560 mm (see diagrams). [. . . ] When a FAST CLEAN mode is selected the oven light turns off automatically. Select the desired cooking mode by turning the SELECTOR knob. The oven will start the preheating phase, on the control panel the indicator light PREHEATING will blink. Select the desired temperature with the THERMOSTAT knob. See the Cooking advice table for cooking modes and the suggested cooking temperatures (see Cooking Modes). When preheating is finished, a buzzer sounds and the COOKING UNDER WAY indicator light will stay on: place the food in the oven. You may do the following during cooking: - change the cooking mode by turning the SELECTOR knob - change the temperature by turning the THERMOSTAT knob - stop cooking by turning the SELECTOR knob to the “0” position. In case of a blackout, if the oven was already operating, an automatic system within the appliance will reactivate the cooking mode from where it was interrupted as long as the temperature did not drop below a certain level. There is no preheating in the BARBECUE mode. Never put objects directly on the oven bottom to avoid damaging the enamel coating. Always place cookware on the rack(s) provided. bARBECUE • Insert the rack in position 3 or 4. Place the food in the centre of the rack. • We recommend that you set the maximum power level. The top heating element is regulated by a thermostat and may not always be on. For a crispy crust, do not use the dripping pan (prevents crust from forming by extending cooking time). • If the pizza has a lot of toppings, we recommend adding the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza halfway through the cooking process. 6 Cooking advice table Cooking modes Foods Weight (in kg) Rack position Preheating Recommended Cooking temperature time (°C) (minutes) GB standard guide rails Duck Chicken Convection Oven Roast veal or beef Roast pork Biscuits (shortcrust pastry) Tarts Pizza on 2 racks Tarts on 2 racks /cakes (on 2 racks) Sponge cake cooked on 2 racks (on the dripping pan) Roast chicken + potatoes Multi-cooking Lamb Mackerel Lasagne Cream puffs on 2 racks Biscuits on 2 racks Cheese puffs on 2 racks Savoury pies Mackerel Sole and cuttlefish Squid and prawn kebabs Cod fillet Grilled vegetables Barbecue Veal steak Sausages Hamburgers Toasted sandwiches (or toast) Spit-roast chicken using rotisserie (where present) Spit-roast lamb using rotisserie (where present) Grilled chicken Cuttlefish Spit-roast chicken using rotisserie (where present) Spit-roast duck using rotisserie (where present) Roast veal or beef Roast pork Lamb Pizza Mode Pizza Focaccia bread Tarts Fruit cakes Sponge cake made with yoghurt Small cakes on 2 racks Baking mode Sponge cake Cream puffs on 3 racks Biscuits on 3 racks Filled pancakes Meringues on 3 racks Cheese puffs 1 0. 5 1 1 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 and 4 2 and 4 2 and 4 1+1 1 1 1 1 and 2/3 2 1 or 2 2 2 and 4 2 and 4 2 and 4 1 and 3 4 4 4 4 3 or 4 4 4 4 4 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 or 3 2 or 3 2 or 3 2 and 4 2 or 3 1, 3 and 5 1, 3 and 5 2 1, 3 and 5 2 sliding guide rails 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 and 3 1 and 3 1 and 3 1 and 3 1 1 1 1 and 3 1 and 3 1 and 3 1 and 3 3 3 3 3 2 or 3 3 3 3 3 2 2 2 2 2 1 1 1 or 2 1 or 2 1 or 2 1 and 3 1 or 2 1, 2 and 4 1, 2 and 4 1 1, 2 and 4 1 yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes 200-210 200-210 200 200-210 180 180 220-230 180 170 200-210 190-200 180 190-200 190 190 210 200 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 100% 210 200 210 210 210 210 210 220 200 180 180 170-180 180-190 160-170 180-190 180 200 90 210 70-80 60-70 70-75 70-80 15-20 30-35 20-25 30-35 20-25 65-75 45-50 30-35 35-40 20-25 10-20 20-25 20-30 15-20 10-15 8-10 10-15 15-20 15-20 15-20 10-12 3-5 70-80 70-80 55-60 30-35 70-80 60-70 60-75 70-80 40-45 15-20 20-25 25-35 40-50 45-55 20-25 30-40 20-25 20-25 30-35 180 20-25 Gratin !The cooking times listed above are intended as guidelines only and may be modified according to personal tastes.
