UK - To fully recharge the batteries via the power adapter,  the decoder must be in the ON position (3 blue LEDs lit up).  [. . . ] Note: The decoder's batteries can also be recharged using an external charger. ITo fully recharge the batteries via the power adapter,  the decoder must be in the ON position (3 blue LEDs lit up). Charging of the batteries is not complete until the charge indicator stays lit up in green for a period of longer than 30 seconds (without flashing).
