Remove two M2x3 torx screws securing the CPU cover M2x4 silver screws 3. Remove four M2x4 silver screws securing the cooling module. Gently lift up the heatsink. CPU REMOVAL KEYBOARD REMOVAL Display panel Close Open Keyboard holder 1. Rotate the CPU lock counter-clockwise, to the OPEN position, and lift the CPU out of the socket. NOTE: When installing the CPU, make sure that a silicone grease is applied before attaching the heat sink. Keyboard cover release latch 1. Insert a fine-tipped tweezers into the keyboard cover release latch and slide it to the right to release the latches securing the keyboard holder. Lift out the keyboard holder. Remove two M2x3 black screws securing the LED board support plate and separate the plate from the LED board. Disconnect the LED board cable from JP3, FDD interface cable from JP1, touchpad interface cable from JP5, and the touchpad cable from JP4 on the interface board.
