Cut out the slit on the left or right side of the front panel for the left or right connection and the slit on the bottom left or right side of the front panel for the bottom left or right connection with a pair of nippers. 2) Remove the drain cap Clamp drain cap with needle-nose pliers, and pull out. CAUTION Securely insert the drain hose and drain cap; otherwise, water may leak. NOTE The packaged foam polystyrene can be used to make replacement of the drain cap and drain hose easier. NOTE · There is no need to add refrigerant as long as the length of the connection piping is 15 m or less. · You will need to add 20 g of refrigerant per meter of added connection piping for installations requiring connection piping to be between 15 m to 20 m.
