In the Preferences menu,  press B or b to select Network Setup and press OK. Press B or b to select Advanced Network Setup and press OK. Press B or b to select DNS Setup and press OK. Press B or b to highlight Auto Setup and press C or c to select On. 

Network Connection Test
This function checks the Internet connectivity.

In the Preferences menu,  press B or b to select Network Setup and press OK. Press B or b to select Network Connection Test and press OK. A message will appear to indicate if the connection was successful or if it could not be completed. NOTE: The result of Network Connection Test does not always guarantee the connection. Depending on the situation,  YouTube may not be able to be used. 

NOTE: Other items will be grayed out when Auto Setup is set to On. 

Manual setup:

In the Preferences menu,  press B or b to select Network Setup and press OK. Press B or b to select Advanced Network Setup and press OK. Press B or b to select DNS Setup and press OK. Press B or b to select Auto Setup and press C or c to select Off. 
DNS Setup Auto Setup Primary DNS Address Secondary DNS Address xxx xxx . xxx xxx

To cancel the Network Connection Test:

Press BACK while searching for the Internet connection.

Press B or b to select Primary DNS Address. Press C or c to highlight the field you want to change,  and then use the number buttons to input the Primary DNS Address. NOTE: DNS address field numbers must be between 0 and 255. If you input an incompatible number and press OK,  the field number will reset to the previous value.

Press B or b to select Secondary DNS Address,  and edit in the same way as Primary DNS Address.

Using the software keyboard
You can enter text by using the Software Keyboard. The Software Keyboard window will appear when you press OK on a field that accepts character input. 

Network Device Setup
External Control Setup
This setup allows you to operate a home network-connected your TV from an external device. 

To enter text using the software keyboard:

Highlight the desired character on the on-screen software keyboard. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have entered all desired text. Press the BLUE button to close the software keyboard and return to the previous screen. NOTE: If BACK is pressed,  changes are not saved and the software keyboard window is closed. The text will remain as it was before starting the keyboard.
