(Signals are depressed by down sampling process. ) · DVD audio playback will always be 2-channel output. Therefore, discs with down mix restrictions cannot be played. · DVD audio playback is not outputted from BITSTREAM/PCM jack. · Some multi-channel recorded DVD audio discs may not permit 2-channel mix playback. If you play such a disc on this player connecting two speakers, you may obtain only the original left and right channel sound, and may not hear other channels that are included in the multichannel mix. This is due to playback restrictions of the disc. Refer to instructions of the disc for details. Such discs may include the same contents recorded in stereo. Select this, if available, by changing the audio setting. · Signals of 88. 2kHz or higher from the BITSTREAM/PCM jack are down converted to 44. 1 kHz or 48 kHz when: ­ "3D" is selected. 53 ­ "PCM Down Sampling" is set to "On.
