PAGING To locate the handset (while it is off the base), press PAGE on the base unit. To stop paging, press PAGE or return the handset to the base unit. Notes · You cannot page the handset during a call. · Be careful not to close your ear to the ringer on the back side of the handset while paging, because it may be too loud. 11. OUT OF RANGE During a call, as you begin to move too far from the base, you first hear a clicking sound. [. . . ] · The battery was not fully charged at the initial charging.
