White Balance-10P White Balance Press b to select 10P White Balance. Press B or b to select IRE, Red, Green, or Blue. Press C or c to adjust. RGB Filter This feature individually enables or disables the red, green, and blue components of the picture to allow for more accurate adjustment of each colour. NOTE: The adjustments made for Red / Green / Blue are stored separately for each IRE setting. (There are ten IRE settings from 10 to 100. ) a b c In the Expert Picture Settings menu, press B or b to select RGB Filter, and then press OK. Press B or b to select Red, Green or Blue to adjust. Press C or c to select On. 39 CONTROLS AND FEATURES English White Balance-Copy to All Inputs This feature copies White Balance on the current input to all other inputs that are set to the same picture mode. Individual settings that are not allowed for a specific input will not be copied. Automatic Format (Widescreen) When this television receives a true Widescreen picture and Auto format is On, it will automatically be displayed in Widescreen format irrespective of the television's previous setting. a b In the Expert Picture Settings menu, press B or b to select White Balance and then press OK. Press B or b to select Copy to All Inputs, and then press OK. A confirmation screen appears. a b c Press MENU and C or c to select the PREFERENCES menu. Press b to select Display Settings and press OK. Press b to select Auto Format, and then press C or c to select On or Off. Display Settings c a Select Yes, and then press OK. Auto Format 4:3 Stretch Picture Position On Off Resetting to the factory defaults In the Expert Picture Settings menu, press B or b to select Reset, and then press OK. A confirmation screen appears. 4:3 Stretch When 4:3 Stretch is activated, the size switching system changes 4:3 programmes into full screen picture. b Select Yes, and then press OK. Control Visualization This feature displays the brightness histogram and control curve of the current video signal. a b In the PREFERENCES menu, press b to select Display Settings, and press OK. Press b to select 4:3 Stretch, and then press C or c to select On or Off. a In the PICTURE menu, press b to select Control Visualization and press OK. The histogram window will appear. Control Visualization Distribution Blue Screen When Blue Screen is selected, the screen will turn blue and the sound will be muted on analogue channels and external input modes when no signal is received. NOTE: Some external input sounds may not be muted. Number Of Pixels a Brightness In the PREFERENCES menu, press b to select Blue Screen. Press C or c to select On or Off. In the Display Settings menu, highlight Picture Position. Display Settings Auto Format 4:3 Stretch Picture Position On Off c d Press OK to view the options available for the picture format that has been selected. Press B and b to select an option, and then C or c to adjust the settings. The options differ depending on the currently selected widescreen format and the input signal. In Cinema mode: Picture Position Horizontal Position Vertical Position 0 0 Reset To return to the original factory settings, select Reset in the Picture Position menu and press OK. Picture still This feature is used to hold a still image on the screen. Press r to hold an image on the screen, and press r again to cancel. HDMI Information Display When the HDMI Information Display feature is On and you are watching an HDMI input source, pressing the button displays the HDMI signal information banner. a b In the PREFERENCES menu, press b to select HDMI Information Display.
