If you intend to use your PowerTowerTM to do plyometrics at high inclines, and you do not intend to fold the PowerTower for storage often, you may wish to use this rail lock feature. Unfold the PowerTower, sit on the Glideboard (G), and screw in the long Rail Lock Screw (KK) (provided in the Hardware Packet) finger tight in to the Rail Lock (V).
