[. . . ] 1-2Tracker provides a means of keeping track of changes in your weight. The column to the right of the Averages column is for this purpose. Click twice in this column to enter your weight for a day. Graphing Meter Readings To create a graph select the days in the list that you wish to graph. You can select several rows by clicking and dragging over the desired rows. [. . . ] Once links have been added to the list just double-click them to open or launch them. NOTE: You can drag a web address or an email address from any document to the list to create a link to that address. You can also drag web addresses from the address bar in your browser to add them to the list. Keeping Track of Contacts To enter or edit contact information for you diabetes health care team click the Info button. The Contact/Medications sheet will drop down. The "+" and "-" buttons are for adding or deleting contacts. To enter or edit contact information click in the Role list on the contact you wish to edit. Enter the contact information in the fields on the right. Click the email (stamp) button to create an email message addressed to the contact. Using the Date Stamp When making a new entry in the Food Log, Exercise Log, or Journal you may wish to enter the date for the entry. This will enter the current date in the appropriate field depending on which tab is selected (Food Log, Exercise Log, or Journal) Using the Logs The Food Log Click the Logs icon to access the logs 1-2Tracker provide a simple way to keep track of diet related information. Use the Food Log to make notes related to food or nutrition issues. The Exercise Log Regular exercise is an important part of blood glucose management for diabetics. Use the Exercise Log to record information about your exercise routine. The Medication Log Use the Medication Log to makes notes about medications. Using the Journal Use the Journal to record your thoughts and feelings regarding your diabetes. The Daily Drawer Select a day in the list then access the Daily items by clicking the Daily icon on the toolbar. In the Daily drawer you can record information about daily medication, exercise, and food. Clicking the Medications icon under the Medication list adds any medication information entered into the Team/Meds window to the Medication list. Selecting different days in the list on the main window will display the data for the selected day in the Daily drawer (if it is open). [. . . ] Your iPod must be connected to your computer for this feature to work. Importing Data Choose Import Data from the file menu. You will be asked whether to import comma separated or tab delimited data. Imported data is added to any existing rows in the meter readings list.
