Press VOLUME UP then VOLUME DOWN then the Device Key (TV, CBL, or AUD) of the device that you want to control volume and mute functions. If a primary function does not work, continue to press the UP ARROW key to find another code that turns off the device. When you are satisfied that all primary functions are working, press SELECT to lock in the code. 9 RECALLING A DEVICE CODE NOTE: volume will always be controlled by your audio device when the remote control is in AUD mode -- regardless of how you set up volume control in this section. Perform the following steps to read the code currently set for a device.
