In order to get maximum benefits from the Vaisala SiteConnectTM agreement we recommend that you complement the agreement with other Vaisala service modules and customize a total service package that best fits your needs. In case of a system alarm Vaisala Repair Service,  when included in the agreement,  can be started remotely and immediately. Sometimes remote actions may solve the problem and in some cases onsite repair may be needed. 

Express spare part delivery service ensures higher uptime through minimizing waiting time for spare parts. And extended warranty protects your operations from unexpected spare part costs. Preventive maintenance increases the availability and accuracy of your observation data by minimizing breakdowns and repairs.
