Automatically storing stations (AUTO-STORE) This function automatically stores 12 strongest FM stations in the FMAST band or 6 strongest MW(AM) stations in the MW(AM)AST band. This set uses the RDS information to offer you many advantages including : DISPLAY OF STATION NAME The set displays the name of the station instead of its frequency. AUTOMATIC FREQUENCY(AF) The set remains tuned to the current station by continually searching for the best possible alternative frequency for reception. ALARM MESSAGES (PTY ALARM) This set automatically receives emergency messages made by the broadcaster. ­ During the messages the display shows 'ALARM' and the station-name alternately.
