If the POWER CONTROL cable is connected to this device, the second jack connector serves to pass on the switch signal (for example to the main amplifier of the other channel) or it remains free. This main amplifier cannot generate the switching signal for other components on its own!In this way this main amplifier can respond to the signal of a different unit and relay the signal to further components of a system, if required.
