This allows you to get into the scene when capturing group images. Secure your camera to a tripod or place it on a stable surface. Setting the Flash The flash is designed to function automatically when lighting conditions warrant the use of flash. You can take an image using a flash mode suitable to your circumstances. Set the mode dial to the Record mode or the Manual Record mode. Press the button located on the rear side of the camera repeatedly until your desired flash mode appears on the LCD monitor.
