2 Remote control battery installation
Use 2 "AA" size batteries (UM/SUM-3, R6, HP-7 or similar). [. . . ] Insert a disc into the disc slot with the label on the right.
I Retuning the unit (Auto tune)
You can retune the radio when you move the unit to other areas or add multiplex channels to the station list. There are two Auto tune options available. Autotune UK: Only the frequencies of radio stations in the UK are scanned. Autotune Full: The full range of digital frequencies is scanned in Band III. If such a problem occurs, do the following: 1. Set the unit to the stand-by mode and turn the power on again. If the unit is not restored in the previous operation, unplug and plug in the unit, and then turn the power on.
I Clearing all the memory (reset)
1. Press the ON/STAND-BY button to enter the power stand-by mode. [. . . ] Whilst pressing down the FUNCTION button and the CLEAR button, press the ON/STAND-BY button until "Clear All" appears.
Caution:
This operation will erase all data stored in memory including clock, timer settings, tuner preset, CD programme, station list, etc.
Note:
If neither operation above restores the unit, clear all the memory by resetting it.
