If there are no new messages, the system will play back all messages (oldest first). When playback begins, the total number of messages is announced, followed by the day and time of the first message to be played. Basic operation Answering system Options during playback · Press VOL+/ VOL- to adjust the speaker volume. · Press /SKIP to skip to the next message. · Press /REPEAT to repeat the message currently playing. Press /REPEAT twice to listen to the previous message. · Press X/DELETE to delete the current message. " will be announced if you press RECORD when the memory is full. · Each memo can be up to four minutes in length. Press X/DELETE when the system is not in use. The system will announce "To delete all old messages, press DELETE again. " Press X/DELETE again. All previously heard messages will be erased. The system will announce "All old messages deleted. " Record and play memos Memos are your own recorded messages used as reminders for yourself or other household members using the same answering system. They are saved, played back and deleted the same way as the answering system messages. Record a memo 1. The system announces, "Record after the tone.
