BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Locate the battery cover on the bottom oftheunit. Useacoinorascrewdriverto loosenthescrew. Install 2 new "AA" (UM-3/LR6) batteries f o l l o w i n g t h e d i a g r a m i n s i d e t h e battery box. [. . . ] Onlybatteriesofthesameandequivalenttypeasrecommendedaretobe used.
3. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
Afterseveralsecondswithoutinput, theVTech®Roly Poly PenguinTMwill automaticallypowerdown. Toturntheunitbackon, pressthestarbutton.
ACTIVITIES
1. Press the on/off button to turn the unit on. You will hear a fun song and introductoryphrase. Thelightwillflashwiththesound. Pressthestar buttontohearfunsounds, phrasesorsongs. Thelightwill flashwiththesound. Rock the penguin to hear fun phrases, sounds, a song and random melodies.
