ALWAYS COVER FOOD when using this function. IF THE FOOD IS PACKAGED in such way that it already have a cover, the package should be cut with 2-3 scores to allow for excess pressure to escape during reheating. PLASTIC FOIL should be scored or pricked with a fork, to relieve the pressure and to prevent bursting, as steam builds-up during cooking. 24 MANUAL DEFROST FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE for “Cook & Reheat with microwaves” and choose power level 160 W when defrosting manually. Experience will give you the times needed for various amounts.
