Manual abstract: user guide WHIRLPOOL AWO/C 7210INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Avoid noise of spinning at night by setting the spin speed to “0” and start spin programme in the morning, or by defining programme start with “Start delay” accordingly. - For garments with a high share of synthetic fibres, we recommend to use a laundry net. Normally soiled garments made of artificial fibres (like polyester, polyacryl, viscose etc. ) or their blends with cotton. Curtains and delicate clothing, dresses, skirts, shirts and blouses. [. . . ] “Service” Lighting up of the “Service” indication can be caused by a fault in an electrical component. “Water tap closed” The washing machine has no or insufficient water supply; the water tap might be closed or the water inlet hose kinked. “Clean pump” Waste water is not pumped out. The drain hose may be kinked or the filter must be cleaned (see “Cleaning the filter” in your Instructions for Use). Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions in compliance with Standard IEC/EN 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash. Water and energy consumption refer to the default setting of the programmes; selecting special options or modifying spin speed or temperature will change the consumption data. The programme duration may differ from the values indicated above as it depends on the operation conditions applicable at that time (see also “Troubleshooting Guide” in your Instructions for Use). * Reference programmes for Energy Label. ** Automatic adaption of programme duration after detection of wash load. *** To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle before the water is drained. START DELAY The “Start delay” allows to run the machine at the consumer’s convenience, for example at night when electricity is cheaper. Do not use liquid detergent when activating “Start delay”. • Select programme, temperature and options. • Press the “Start delay” button to select the desired delay time between 30 minutes and 23 hours. • Press the “Start/Pause” button . On the display, the start delay symbol and the dot between hours and minutes blink. • The delay time indication disappears when the programme starts and it is replaced by the remaining programme duration. • Once having pressed the “Start/Pause” button , the delay time can be reduced by pressing again the “Start delay” button. To cancel the “Start delay” • Turn the programme selector to another position, or press the “Start/Pause” button - the selected start delay disappears from the display. Press “Start/Pause” again if you want to start the selected programme immediately. ADD DETERGENTS, CLOSE THE DOOR AND SELECT THE PROGRAMME Add detergent as indicated on the front page and as described in the chapter “Detergent and Additives” in your Instructions for Use. • Turn the programme selector to the desired programme and temperature. [. . . ] • Mainly selectable on the lowest temperature step of the programmes only. “Intensive rinse” button • More water is added and rinse cycle is prolonged. • This option is particularly suitable for areas with very soft water, washing baby linen and helping people with allergies. “Easy ironing” button • Reduces creasing by an increased water quantity and a very gentle spin.
