This cooker is not connected to a device to vent the combustion products. It must thus be installed and connected in conformity with the installation standards in force. Particular attention must be paid to the standards on ventilation of the room. [. . . ] 4 OVEN GAS GRILL Adaptation to different gas types (Fig. 5) This operation is performed inside the oven. Remove the grill retained by screw G and, using a socket wrench, replace injector J with an injector of the type which corresponds to the gas to be used, in accordance with the Injector Table. Replacing the supply cable To connect the cooker supply cable, proceed as follows (see Fig. 1): • Open the terminal board cover, which is placed on the bottom right rear panel, making pressure on the two tongues. • Remove about 60 mm of the external sheathing from the power supply cable. The earthing wire, which is coloured yellow and green, must be 30 mm longer than the other power cable wires. • Pass the power supply cable into conduit (C) of the terminal board. Connect it to the terminal strip in accordance with the electrical diagram shown below. • Ensure that the “GREEN and YELLOW” wire is connected to the earth terminal (marked by the symbol ). • Fix the cable into the cable clamp, using screws L-N. • Fix the cable into conduit (C) and close the terminal board cover. Note: After the installation, the electrical parts must not be accessible without the use of an appropriate tool. The power supply cable must be of the type H05RR-F, in accordance with the table below. [. . . ] Dissolve any food residues with a specific oven cleaner, then rinse and dry thoroughly. When the oven is cold, clean the outside glass parts. Do not use scouring powder or abrasive pads. N. B. : When removing the oven bottom for cleaning purposes, please make sure that it is properly repositioned with the two arrows at the front side.
