Previously cooked food: Re-heat in the oven without removing from its aluminium container. Fruit: Thaw in the refrigerator compartment. DEFROSTING The quantity of frost which builds-up inside the freezer depends on the frequency of door opening. The frost must be removed when it reaches a 3 mm thickness. Generally defrosting is carried out twice a year, and when the quantity of food stored in the freezer is low.
