[. . . ] Appliance comes back to normal operation, control panel displays previously chosen setpoint. Note: in case of power failure, appliance goes back to normal operation and previously chosen setpoint is restored. ECO GREEN function This function gives best food preservation performance with the smallest energy consumption possible (around 5-10% less in comparison with the normal settings) if there is lower amount of food to be preserved in the appliance. The best food preservation conditions when ECO function is activated are in the ECO compartments: - 2 "eco green" shelves in the fridge (with green frames) - 1 "eco green" basket in freezer compartment. ABNORMAL APPLIANCE OPERATION When the product is plugged in to the mains, during first 10 minutes of its performance, possible temperature sensor failure will be displayed according to following table: Refrigerator sensor failure Freezer sensor failure Refrigerator freezer sensor failure Description Lamp OFF Lamp Flashing The appliance will work preserving the food stored, but it is necessary to contact after-sales service and provide alarm code. D GB F NL E P I GR S N DK FIN PL CZ SK H RUS BG RO PRODUCT SHEET DEFROSTING THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT Refrigerator compartment defrosting is completely automatic. Droplets of water on the rear wall inside the refrigerator compartment indicate that the automatic defrost phase is in progress. The defrost water is automatically run into a drain hole and collected in a container, where it evaporates. DEFROSTING THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT Whirlpool No Frost freezers provide chilled air circulation around the storage areas and prevent the formation of ice, thereby completely eliminating the need for defrosting. Frozen items don't stick to the walls, labeling stays legible and storage space remains neat and clear. GB REPLACING THE LIGHT BULB Always disconnect the refrigerator from the power supply before replacing any light bulb. If the inside light is not working, it is necessary to: 1. Remove the light cover: put the fingers into the side ventilation holes (1), stretch the cover gently and move it upwards. If necessary unscrew the broken bulb and replace it with the new one (use maximum 15W bulb). Do not leave the bulb uncovered. UTILISATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WATER DISPENSER AND FILTER (if present) Water dispenser First use The first time you use the water dispenser or after a long period left not used wash the tank and the filter with water. The water dispenser provides fresh, filtered water, without the need of opening the refrigerator door. This will reduce the number of times the door is opened, thus also reducing energy consumption of the product. Fitting and replacing the active carbon filter The water filter should be removed from the foil bag (found in the crisper drawer (item 7). Follow the instructions provided with the filter. Important: If the filter is left dry for an extended period of time, its performance may be reduced. [. . . ] 6) for a more thorough cleaning, remove the valve cap (the fitting connecting the tank to the refrigerator) by rotating it anticlockwise. Important: do not pull on the valve body (fig. 8) replace the valve cap by rotating clockwise. [. . . ]
