[. . . ] Each segment of the job can have different copy settings. Once all the segments are programmed, scanned, and temporarily stored in the printer, the copy job prints. To build a copy job with multiple segments: 1. Press the Services Home button, then touch Copy. Load the originals for the first segment. Select the required settings, such as layout adjustments, image quality, and so on. Touch the Job Assembly tab, then touch Build Job > On. Select or clear the Display this window between segments check box. Select or clear the Turn Build Job Off after Job is Submitted check box. Press the green Start button on the control panel. Program and scan additional segments: a. Load the originals for the next segment. When the Build Job screen appears, touch Program Next Segment. Using the appropriate tabs, select the required settings. Press the green Start button to scan the originals for that segment. Repeat the previous step for each remaining segment. Touch the Quantity for Final Job field, and use the alphanumeric keypad to enter the number of copies. In the upper right corner of the Build Job screen, touch Print the Job. Note: If necessary, touch Delete > Delete Job to cancel the job. This feature prints a single copy and holds the remaining copies. After you inspect the sample, you can print or cancel the remaining copies. Note: The sample copy is not counted as part of the quantity selected.
