In many applications, we have found with door mounted locations, a wider dispersion pattern works well. In contrast, a narrower dispersion pattern works well in direct radiating situations. Bi-Amp Capability If you wish to drive the woofer and tweeter with separate amplifiers (bi-amp), you must bypass the built on crossover. To do this, remove the wires connecting the (-) woofer terminal to the (-) tweeter terminal, and remove the capacitor between the (+) woofer terminal and the (+) tweeter terminal. The end result will be separate connections for woofer and tweeter. You must send a signal that is crossed over directly to the woofer and tweeter connections on the driver.
