Play the pitch produced by pressing the 6th string at the 5th fret, and tune the pitch at the 5th fret of the 1F 2F 3F 4F 5F 8 Changing Strings As the strings get old, sound quality will gradually decrease, and it will become difficult to tune the instrument. Change the strings as soon as you think they are getting old. Make sure you purchase a set of nylon guitar strings. The Silent Guitar uses a string length of 650mm (25-9/16 inch). · The end of the strings are sharp and can cut fingers. · When changing or adjusting strings, do not put your face close to the instrument. The string may suddenly break resulting in eye or other unexpected injuries. 1. Thread the string through the corresponding string hole on the bridge, then tie the string as shown in the illustration below.
