Thank you for choosing a Yamaha electric-acoustic guitar. [. . . ] Pushing the knob down and into the guitar when not in use retains the instrument's clean lines and also helps prevent mistaken operation. Push the knob again to adjust the volume.
* Make sue that the knob is pushed down before storing the guitar in the case.

q Master Volume Control (VOL. )
The 3 mixed pickup levels are sent to the VOL. , which adjusts the overall sound output level.
* Make sure that the VOL. is turned to "0" before connecting or disconnecting. level will produce no sound if all pickup level controls are set to "0".

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Be sure to replace the battery as soon as possible when the battery check indicator lights in order to avoid reduced sound quality.
* Be sure to remove the battery if the instrument will not be used for an extended period of time in order to prevent possible damage due to battery leakage. * Always dispose batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations.

MAIN : Controls the volume of the main pickup. TREBLE : Controls the volume of the treble side sub pickup. BASS : Controls the volume of the bass side sub pickup.
