Turn the subwoofer MASTER VOLUME control to the right to increase the volume. Turn the subwoofer BASS control to the right to increase the volume. For best results, set this to the midway position. The level of the signal being input is too high. The subwoofer BASS control is set to too high of a volume. The speakers produce a "pop" sound whenever the power is turned ON or OFF. The instrument's power is turned ON before the Subwoofer's power is turned ON. Turn the subwoofer BASS control counterclockwise to decrease the volume. Make sure the connections are secure, or use a different cable. First, turn the subwoofer's power ON, then turn the instrument's power ON.
