The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet,  consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.

CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK,  DO NOT REMOVE COVER (OR BACK).  [. . . ] Variable range: -3 (toward the surround direction) to +3 (toward the front direction) (Default: STD) CENTER WIDTH (when selecting PLII Music) Distributes the center channel sound to the left and right. If set to 0,  center channel sounds output only from the center speaker. IMAGE (when selecting DTS Neo:6 Music) Adjusts the center image from three speakers (front and center) to varying degrees. Variable range: 0. 0 (wider) to 0. 5 (toward the center) (Default: 0. 2)

BASIC OPERATION

· Select NIGHT:CINEMA when watching films to reduce the dynamic range of film soundtracks and make dialog easier to hear at lower volumes. · Select NIGHT:MUSIC when listening to music sources to preserve ease-of-listening for all sounds. · Select OFF if you do not want to use this function. Press / to adjust the effect level while NIGHT:CINEMA or NIGHT:MUSIC is displayed. This adjusts the level of compression.

· Select MIN for minimum compression. · Select MID for standard compression. · Select MAX for maximum compression.

ADJUSTING BEAM MODE SETTINGS
You can change the beam mode to suit the input source for this unit using the beam mode buttons. You can switch between: stereo mode for 2-channel sources,  3 beam mode and 5 beam mode and ST(STEREO)+3 beam mode for 5. 1-channel playback. Adjusts the output level of high-frequency or low-frequency sound for each speaker. Adjusts the position of the front left and right speakers. Saves and calls up setting contents.
