[. . . ] Doing so may result in overturning of the stand and instrument causing serious injury. Before moving the stand,  release the caster brakes and move the stand gently. Also,  carry the stand over rough surfaces.  (YGS100) Â· Use care whenever moving the stand. Never drop or throw the stand for any reason. Once the playing position of the stand has been determined,  engage the caster brakes. Also,  when the stand is not in use,  engage the caster brakes. After reading,  make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. The glockenspiel stand consists of a tabletop supported by legs that are attached to large casters (100mm diameter). The stand allows easy transport of the glockenspiel across flat surfaces and the tabletop is large enough to support any of the Yamaha glockenspiels,  including older model types such as the YG1000/250C/50C or the Deagan Orchestra Bells 1590.
