Keep work surfaces clean and avoid cross contamination by not using the same work surface or knife, without washing them thoroughly in between. s s s s s s s s s DEFROSTING The refrigerator automatically defrosts every time the compressor stops. The water is discharged, via the pipe, into a tray located at the back of the appliance above the compressor, where it evaporates. Important To avoid defrost water overflowing and drip ping onto the food in the fridge, periodically clean the water discharge hole (F) situated under the salad drawers. Use the special cleaner provided (P) which you will find already inserted into the discharge hole P F S. Changing the light bulb Should the interior light fail to work, first switch off the appliance and disconnect from the electricity supply, then replace the bulb as follows: 1. Replace the light cover by sliding it into its original position and replacing the screw. External cleaning Wash the outer cabinet door with warm soapy water. Important Do not use abrasive products.
