WARNINGS
It is very important that this instruction book should be kept safety for future consultation. This warnings has been given for your and others safety. [. . . ] During cooking the oven will be opened and the protective screen "A" in place the spit and its support are hot after cooking. Open the oven door and fix the protective screen "A" (fig. Place correctly the meat on the spit trying to balance the weight for avoiding useless effort for the motor. Fix the tip of the spit in its place in the oven superior front frame (fig. Push the spit so that its end be in its place at the bottom of the oven and put it on the spit support. Slide the dripping pan on an inferior support.

1. Fix the oven/grill control knob on position . For taking out the dish turn the knob to position off. Remove slowly and simultaneously the dripping pan and the spit. Pull out the spit using a thermal glove.

Light in the oven The oven is equipped with a lamp to allow of meals during cooking. It starts operating when the knob on the control panel is pressed (fig. 8) Mechanical timer Turn the regulation knob (fig. 9) clockwise to maximum position and than turn it back to the position corresponding to the period of time necessary for the cooking. At the end of the time selected an acoustic signal intervenes which stops automatically. The timer does not interrupt the operation of the oven upon action of the acoustic signal. The Hob Burners To the symbol on the knob corresponds a symbol on the control panel (fig. 10) Off Maximum level Minimum level Use the maximum level for boiling and the minimum for smothering and maintaining boiling. Choose always positions between the minimum and maximum, never between maximum and off. 8

Do not close the cover till the plate is hot, the cover could be damaged. Push the knob and turn it left to the symbol "big flame". [. . . ] The air flow must come directly through openings of external walls having a free passage of at least 100 cm2.
